- We accept payments via cash, cheque, credit/debit card, BACs, and bank transfer.
- A minimum of a 50% deposit is required to process your order. The remaining balance is due immediately on completion
of the installation, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- All goods remain the property of Metro Blinds until paid in full.
- Each product is made-to-measure to your requirements, therefore once your order is confirmed and the deposit is paid,
you will not be able to cancel your order.
Installation and Lead Times
- We advise our clients of lead times during the appointment, and with our written quote. Unfortunately, lead times
cannot be guaranteed, but are given in good faith based on information available to us at the time. If we become aware of any delays relating to an order due to circumstances beyond our control, we
will endeavour to update our clients at the earliest opportunity.
- Should any alteration take place to the area after measurements are taken that would affect installation, the
client will be liable for costs to remake/alter the goods.
- Any disputes must be made in writing within 5 working days of installation.
- Our 3 year guarantee covers defective goods or workmanship, excluding improper use, fair wear and tear, and factors
beyond our control. We will repair or replce like for like where necessary.
- We do not store credit card details, nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
